Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in Longyan, Fujian Province, People’s Republic of China.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination
